Shipping Information

We offer curbside delivery to cities of the following provinces:

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.
For rural communities or cities in small islands, we may have to ship to the nearest depot for you to pick up from. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Atlantic and Territories

For Atlantic Canada and Territories, please contact us for the shipping rate. 

Our products are bulky and heavy. Shipping is a significant portion of the total cost. Normally, shipping rate can cost anywhere from %10 to %30 of actual products. For the time being, we can not offer a flat rate to Atlantic and Territories. 

Curbside Service

Our shipping rate is for basic door to door, or curbside, delivery. Curbside means the driver is not entering inside the premise of your house, apartment, or property.  


Major Cities

Shipping rate we offer is for major cities within mentioned provinces. For rural communities, or cities in small islands, we may have to ship to the nearest depot for you to pick up from. 

Location of depots depends on which shipping company we use for your city. All depends on who gives us the best rate at the time of getting a quote. 

P.O. Box

Sorry, we can not ship to PO Box addresses. We do need a physical address to ship to. 

Shipping Companies

We use all major, or even minor, shipping and courier companies. After you place your order, we contact a lot of companies to get the best rate possible. 

Tracking Number 

Once we know which company is going to take care of your shipment, we get a tracking number. As soon as products are shipped, we email you the tracking number along with their website of the shipping company so you can track it yourself. 

Damaged Boxes

When you receive your order from the courier or trucking company, please inspect each box before signing of. If you see any external damage, write it on the waybill or inform the driver in case of touchless service. 

After you open your boxes and find damage(s) on products, please take multiple images and email them to us. We need to know precisely which item you need replacement for.
